MY WHY
Chris - I’ve been around the club since I was about 5 years old. My father, brothers, myself and now my son have played for Olympia and it is a great honour for me to give something back to the club that I have supported for so long. What I enjoy about coaching is the chance to work with kids and see them improve and progress, not just as individuals but as a team. To have them trust each other and play a good brand of football. Creating an environment and atmosphere where the kids are having fun playing the sport they love at a club that they will want to play for in years to come and know what it means to play for Olympia. To have kids in all our junior age groups continue on with the club is what we need to help the club survive in the long term and if they do Olympia will be very successful in years to come. Also being able to coach and spend extra time with my son is a huge reason as to why I do coach.

Rob - The reason i enjoy coaching is seeing the kids i coach progress and improve as a team and individuals through the training and playing season,with their skills and knowledge of the game.
